If you are attempting to add additional images in your product pages then this is a naming convention
    You have
    3639_0.jpg and 3639_1.jpg

And try naming the first to 3639.jpg then in your admin repoint the product to this base image

    Did you read the tutorial??

If named correctly this is relatively automatic

Yes I've read the tutorials. I decided to uninstall IH4 to make sure the problem wasn't with the plugin. It wasnt. The problem still exists but I think I see what's happening... the items I listed manually all display the additional images correctly.... the 260 items I uploaded using easy populate are not.

Check that you have named the images correctly
Check that these images exist on the server

There are well over 100 items that have a second image sitting in the image folder. For example, could you please click on my categories/holiday songbooks and then select the Book/DVD link. There's only one item in that category (Christmas Adventure in Little Italy). The image it shows is Image3516_0.jpg and the second image I have for it is Image3516_1.jpg If I type the path of the second image in my address bar, the image shows. The original name of these two files were 3516_0.jpg and 3516_1.jpg and I tried renaming them to see if that might be the issue.... it wasn't. At this point, my gut is telling me is there was something wrong about how I uploaded those files with EasyPopulate, even though they all uploaded fine and were in green. I went into my sql file and tried to compare a listing I entered manually vs the one I just described but they appear to be the same. This is making me nuts but there's a solution to everything...I'll keep banging away and really appreciate your help.

Ok, you were correct about the name of the first image file. Instead of 3516_0.jpg it needs to be renamed 3516.jpg Unfortunately, this is how Ebay's turbo lister saves your images. So now I have to write a macro to pull the
_O1's off my csv file, which I can figure out. What I'm not sure about is how to accomplish this with the 260 images ... if you know of any software that can do that, please let me know.
