Addon developer wanted for social sharing bar

I have a very nice piece HTML code that would GREATLY benefit SEO for zencart users but no PHP skills. Its basically a social sharing bar but with a big twist. I could just post the code here but I'd rather have it developed into php that cooperates with zencart.
