Fake users with 'google' in the 'company' field

Hi,

Just tried to search this forum and the web for this issue, but couldn't find anything , so figured i'd post.

In the last year or so, i keep getting fake users on my site. All the fields are filled out with just some random letters, the only thing that is the same is the 'company' field filled out always as 'google'. It is very strange. Usually get on average of a couple users per day. Not really a huge problem - but, a bit annoying.

Any suggestions/ ideas are very much appreciated.

The thread about Simple CSS/PHP AntiSpam solution for a contact form can be adopted to work with the Create Account page. We have used it on both pages for many sites and works a treat. Have not yet tried the timer function mentioned late in the thread but it sounds like a good addition.
