Contact us - suddenly does nothing

I noticed today that the "Contact Us" box on my site does nothing. Note that it -was- working a few weeks ago. Now when I go to Contact Us, I click send, the page reloads, but no confirmation message appears.

I've tried several dozen different fixes, searched forums, enabled SSL, disabled SSL, went back and forth from default template, re-uploaded the original contact us zen cart files, and nothing seems to work... I'm at wits end.

Anyone out there experienced this problem? I'm hoping someone else has more ideas. I can still send email from admin, still get checkout confirmation emails, etc. Just the contact us box no longer works!

After clicking send, the page redirects to http://www.superiorspaparts.com/cont...ml?action=send , but no confirmation message appears, and no message is sent.

Problem solved... apparently I did not replace all of the files back to default.
