We are getting this email several times a day. Can anyone shed some light on the problem and how to resolve it?

We are hosted with terranetwork.

Zen Cart message: An error occurred when we tried to contact the payment
processor. Please try again, select an alternate payment method, or contact
the store owner for assistance.

This is the response from the hosting company. Can anyone help me understand if they are correct and what it means and how to fix?


For yesterday, the error messages are: [L_LONGMESSAGE0] => A successful transaction has already been completed for this token. ... Which appears that the same token was sent again, leading to failure.

From the access logs, the following errors show:

But just accessing the file works:

Please check with your developer about the 302 errors when GET variables are appended to the IPN URL.
