    Thanks for answering Dr. Byte

I know i should upgrade, but it is very complex thing for me to do,. Besides, i think i will upgrade to 1.3.9, because there are many mods which are not modified to work with 1.5.1. Anyways, this doesnt mean that the 1.3.8 should not handle the issue i am talking about.

    Not exactly a fair statement.
v1.3.8 was designed for PHP 4 ... which is now more than obsolete.
And it had nothing built into it for being sensitive to timezones. It assumed that the server and the MySQL engine and the PHP configuration were all equally set to the same timezone.

Apparently your server's configuration is not.

Newer versions have done more to address the issue of improperly configured servers, basically helping to protect you from yourself or from server admins who aren't keeping things consistent.
You might try making use of the time-zone-offset plugin to bridge the gap temporarily.

1.3.9 has more security protections than 1.3.8
1.5.1 has more bugfixes and security protections than 1.3.9

A lot of plugins for 1.3.9 will probably also work on 1.5.x. If you need a certain one, test it out, and/or read its support thread and see. It could be that it *is* compatible but that nobody has been made aware to update the list of supported versions for it.
