Your base URL automatically redirects to /loja, which serves no apparent purpose. I suggest you move your whole new site to /public_html/, changing the configure.php files accordingly, and skip the redirect. Your customers would then go straight to the new website without useless extra stuff in the URL.

You would want a 301 redirect from /loja to / so you don't lose existing links and search engine indexing.

    hello
Ok, seems like a good idea, and agree not serve any purpose.
but I still have some doubts:
1 - to do this is to simply copy and paste?
2 - I like to keep all customization on site "colorspot.pt/loja" that has zc 1.3.9, such as color, translation etc.. without having to do it all again in the new site zc1.5.1 "colorspot.pt/web" is possible by copying and pasting?
    Thank you for your help

Read the tutorial on moving your site from a directory. You would either copy/paste, or move, the complete content of /web/ to /public_html/, after completing all customization. Then you need to edit the configure.php files as described.

For translations and other text, you must copy the customized language files from your old site to your new site. Colors etc. require copying your old stylesheet, and any other customizations likewise will require some copying and possibly comparing and merging files. Read the complete tutorial linked by DrByte for more information.
