zone table rate - adding 3rd zone gives warning

Hi,
On my ZC 1.38a (fully patched) I'm using Zone Table Rate modules and it works great as expected, for some reason I need a 3rd zone now and this is where I noticed a problem, the moment I add 3rd zone and countries to it, this module in admin side gives me a warning:
Warning: constant() [function.constant]: Couldn't find constant MODULE_SHIPPING_ZONETABLE_ZONE_3 in includes/modules/shipping/zonetable.php on line 82

I'm looking for a solution desperately.

Go to Modules ... Shipping ... and save your settings for your Zone Table zonetable shipping module to NotePad ...

Now do a REMOVE, INSTALL and reconfigure it ... see if that corrects your issue ...

Thanks for the update that doing a REMOVE on the Zone Table and re-install was able to update it for the new zones that you added ...
