Footer not showing on home page - PHP Questions

HI,

Yesterday I started tweaking my store. Removed old logo & banner and replaced with banner only. I also removed a fotki slideshow I had in my header. I was adding links thru ez pages and noticed that the footer was not showing up on the home page. Shows up elsewhere.

SO then I found out about the debug.... so I opened up the latest one and I totally do NOT understand this PHP stuff. I have tweaked zen cart many times over the years, but never worked with php. I see that I have a lot of files added yesterday (even had some very old ones).... SO how do I fix this....

What is the content of your latest error log/cache folder?

Any others? I thought at first it was my connection but your site seems painfully slow. Maybe activate the parse time display for a moment to get some figures via your admin.

there are over 50 files I just downloaded them, since yesterday... I wonder if it would be better to delete the store and start over. I obviously did something yesterday during the tweaking.... might be the easiest and fastest - especially when I don't have much in my store right now....

I don't see any need to start over, at worse you could just overwrite a few files starting with defines_main_page & includes/templates/your template/templates/tpl_main_page.php

The site is extremely slow, and it's more than the footer that's missing. Your main page is dying right after the welcome message. Please post the contents of your define_main_page.php file.
