Default Changing nav on TemplateMonster template

I installed this template here http://osc.template-help.com/zencart_26951/index.php

I can't seem to find the nav to change the menu options anywhere.

Would it HAVE to be in the /includes/templates/theme304(template name) folder? Or can the nav menu be anywhere else? I looked everywhere in it for it, starting with the /common folder but can't seem to find the nav menu anywhere. I opened every file and did a search for one of the menu/nav titles but no luck.

    Any help, any ideas?

It would have to be in the template files, since that area doesn't exist in a stock Zencart installation. Search the template files for menu.

I searched the template files and there was no file with menu or nav in it. Any other ideas?

    Yes! Nicely done Dr. Byte

One additional question - The size of the font is too small, I want to make it bigger. I'm guessing I can't do this in the admin and I have to do it in the css and found a 'stylesheet_main.css file, along with comments saying "NAVIGATION" however when I added: #navCatTabs {font-size: 2em;} it didn't change on the main site.

Is there a way I can do this in the admin or could I have done something wrong with the css?

You must edit your template's css file directly, using FTP to access the files on the server.
