Got a call from Bangerz.com yesterday that UPS wasn't calculating properly. When I logged in this morning I noticed the indicator dot which should have been green was yellow. I uninstalled and reinstalled, but it is still yellow.
I checked that the zip code was 5 digits per some other posts.
Here is the weird thing, the shipping estimator seems to calculate correctly
But the cart tells me we are not currently shipping to my area:
I am on 1.5.0 and everything was working correctly last week.

That yellow dot means you've got a Shipping Zone set in the module's settings. If you're not intending to restrict the module to certain geo zones, then set the Shipping Zone to --None-- in that module.
Were you recently fiddling with zone definitions for some other reason besides shipping, and ended up messing with the zone you'd assigned to your shipping module?.
