right I have designed a shop link is

http://www.coralsaquaticsmailorder.com/

then when I click Marine Invertebrates I get the link below

http://europeanmir.net/ACA/index.php...=index&cPath=2

anyway to make it look like

www.coralsaquaticsmailorder.com/ MarineInvertebrates

to help it rank on google a bit better?

CEON URI Mapping (SEO): Can exactly duplicate this. You may need to hand enter the desired URLs w/o a commercial module...

Ultimate (SEO) URLs: Places the category name in the URL w/ a -c-#. So you would have "/marine-invertebrates-c-2". URLs are generated automatically...

You may want to review the support threads for both modules (as well as discussions of the value of using human friendly URLs) before you make a decision. After reviewing the available choices for Zen Cart 1.3.9h / 1.5.x choose what best fits your needs and/or wants.

I also noted you seem to have two domain names... By Default Zen Cart will generate links starting with only one domain name (including canonical links)... This avoids "duplicate content" issues (yes some SEs do check for duplicates w/ different domain names)... This also means only one domain will end up showing in most SEs unless modifications are made to Zen Cart (and you are okay with duplicate content found on another domain)...
