I have a multilingual site that was previously using free shipping on all products, so I had the free shipping icon appear in different languages.
Now the site has changed and is no longer free shipping and uses normal zone rates, so free shipping is no longer applicable and I have turned it off on the products, so now the free shipping icon does not show.

But I would still like it to show or an image so that I can show 'shipping included within Spain' and I need to do this in multiple languages and I need the normal shipping rates to apply so I can't just use the free shipping icon like I did previously as the normal shipping rates do not get added on to the products price when free shipping is activated on a product.

So basically I am wanting to replicate the multi-language free shipping icon that I was using without it affecting the products price so that normal shipping zone prices are used..

Any ideas on the best way to achieve this please?
