Can't navigate anywhere after installing SSL

I enabled SSL in Zen Cart following the tips in this YouTube video: http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=cqmJg9lo7YE

Now I can log-in to the admin panel of my website, however whenever I click to go somewhere, it prompts me to log-in again and then brings me back to the home page of the admin panel.

Can someone please tell me if I configured something incorrectly? Or if I am just missing something?

Did you clear your browser's cache and cookies?

Did you skip any of the steps in the documentation described here? http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...alled-zen-cart

Post the contents of your /your_admin_foldername/includes/configure.php file here. Replace the DB_PASSWORD with xxxxxxxxx for privacy.

Well Doc, I completed my shared SSL install and it seems to work properly except I have the same issue as this thread. It is asking me for my password on every page change when I am in admin. I think I did everything as directed. I deleted the cache and cookies from all browsers I use (Chrome, Firefox, IE) Use MSN sometimes but not with the store yet.

Not sure what to look at. ZC prompted me to change the password because of changing to a secure login. Did that, logs in, but asks every time. Please help one more time.

Okay, let's try taking your admin SSL one step further. This item is mentioned in the FAQ article, but isn't in those unofficial YouTube videos you've been watching.

ONLY IN YOUR ADMIN configure.php (ie: DO NOT do this in your non-admin configure.php file, else you'll affect your storefront adversely):
- You've already set HTTPS_SERVER to the shared-SSL URL given by your hosting company
- Now copy that same URL into the HTTP_SERVER define as well.
- Save the file (of course after setting permissions to allow you to save your changes)

That seemed to work. I did not do the unsecure catalog server though. Should I?

I think the ZC directions say to change both the define to www.YOUR_SHOP.com but when it's shared SSL I thought I was only supposed to do the secure one since it already says MY_SHOP. Additionally, YOUR_SHOP is really their shop for the shared secure. But got it now. A bit confusing when you're not an expert like yourself.
