Programming Question about the Order class

If there is a better place to post questions like this, i will do so, just let me know...

When looking at tpl_checkout_default.php and also, checkout_stacked, i see the variable $order which i think comes from the Order class being instantiated, (?)

but yet i don't see where it gets instantiated. ie. $order = new Order()

i looked in tpl_main_page.php and didn't see it there either. where does this occur?

No such thing as "checkout_stacked" in core Zen Cart code.

i meant tpl_checkout_stacked.php

maybe that was from the FEC plugin
