Customer Email Unit Price

Hi
I need a Customer confirmation email which has not only the description and total amount but also the unit price per item.
Also I need to send the conditions of sale file with the order confirmation
If any one could help that would be great

The files you need to edit are:

/email/email_template_checkout.html
/includes/classes/order.php

In the order.php file you need to edit the following function:
function send_order_email($zf_insert_id, $zf_mode) {
