Change Order Email Adress

Currently my order go to [email protected] along with the the contact us pages emails and create accounts etc etc etc

This is becoming a nightmare with the number of orders and email etc so i have created a new email account for orders@

Question is, how do i change the email so the orders only go to this email address while contact us etc still goes to contact@

Its bound to be something simple im missing but i cant see which to change under the email options etc
