hosted malware?!

My customer told me my website is not safe and firefox blocked him to enter my site! Then I google my site and find this result:

Is there really malicious softwares in my site? If yes, does anyone can tell me how I check it in my zencart and remove the malicious software?

I was blocked too trying to get to your site....time for a clean up....make sure to check your ftp logs first off
