MUST update USPS module after July 28, 2013

Please update your USPS module to Dr. Byte's updated module
USPS RateV4 Intl RateV2 Jan 27, 2013 Rates, New Names for July 28, 2013 Version J.

I learned it the hard way when a customer called in to say he can't go past step 1 of 3 no matter what browser he used. I uninstalled and reinstalled USPS but still USPS module was not showing. Finally I downloaded the latest module from http://www.zen-cart.com/downloads.php?do=file&id=1292 and every things works fine. If you find the USPS module is not showing in checkout page it means it needs to update!!!

Yes, the USPS July 28, 2013 J5 is the current release posted in the add-on Plugins ...
