I upgraded a 1.3.8a Zen Cart to 1.5.1. There are some EZ-Pages that are visible in the admin, set to Chapter 3, and each has a sort order to appear in the Table of Contents menu. But only one of the five actually appear in the TOC menu. Oddly, if you go to the only page that is listed in the TOC menu, and click "Next", you get to the additional pages in that chapter group. http://miniaturedesigns.com/index.ph...id=9&chapter=3
My client says that before the upgrade, the links were showing in that TOC menu.
