I want to add a .flv Instructional Video

I have an instructional video, an .flv file, that I would like to add to one of my products on my website but I haven't a clue as to how to go about this. I know that I need to upload it to the server but I am not even sure what file I should place it in. How would I go about this?

Easiest way would probably be to upload the video to YouTube (if it isn't there already) and embed the YouTube link in your product's description.
