Adding product to cart during checkout

Hi Folks


In step 2 or 3 of the order confirmation, I need an option for the customer to be able to buy some customised labels. There needs to be a text field where they can input a name for printing on the labels and the option to add this cost to the cart along with the rest of their purchases. If they don't want the service they just ignore the option and it does not get added to the cart.

I have seen this facility on other, perhaps non-Zed Cart shopping carts. Maybe the module exists already for ZC but I have looked for hours and cannot find anything like it. Please help as I'm desperate :-)
