Wheres the file??? Document general page shows blank.

Using version 1.3.9 and the document general page when trying to add new product shows a white page . Where is the main file for this page so I can check for errors.....

Your admin page is blank or the product page is blank?
Have you checked your cache folder for error logs?

It's just the area which you would type in after selecting new product with document general selected.... You can still see the headings options with the Admin .... No I haven't looked in the cache.

Hi,

Take a look at the log files in your cache folder.
The filenames you are interested look like:
myDEBUG-adm-1373391744-131215.log
