We were just hit with a $300 chargeback.

It seems that someone bought 3 of our $100.00 gift certs and we released them.
We never saw them used and we find out that the card used to buy them was stolen.

We look at GV admin and see that they were redeemed 3 days later.
How can they be redeemed without buying anything from us?

We have no record whatsoever of these certs being used for anything, yet they show as redeemed.

What is going on? Anybody?

We have suspended GC until we can resolve this, but I suspect there may be more...
