O.K. So I set my store up, its been merrily chugging away. I changed some CSS stuff and added some payment modules. All of a sudden my customers can't add products to the Cart. They just get a blank screen. Any ideas? I'm tired, and fed up, I can't fix this by myself.

The error means that your public_html/includes/languages/english.php file is missing.
Perhaps you were editing it and uploading your changes but they failed to upload for some reason, and the file got deleted from the server?.
