    Default Lost Password Help

    Hi There

    I have a strange problem that I need some help with, I have two websites and it's been a few months since I needed to do anything to them. I tried to login to one of them tonight and I had forgotten the password, I duly requested a new one using the admin email address but for some reason it won't send me a new code even though it is telling me it has.
    The email address is working alright, I've tested it several times, however my other website is doing the same thing and now I can't get into it either as I requested a new password and it says it sent it but nothing arrives.

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Hi DrByte, I have done that and I have managed to get back in again but it still won't send emails to my email address, neither of them will. I get a message telling me that I am using invalid characters in my email address, I am not and I have been using the same address with Zen Cart (the same version) for the last two years and it has been fine. Now it seems to be rejecting it for no reason.

    It's referring to the email address on your admin user. Fix that under your Admin Users settings, not your Configuration Email Options settings.
