Default Authorize.net AIM Payment Module, can't install

ALERT: For security reasons, Installation of this module is disabled until your Admin is configured for SSL.

Above is what I'm getting, after following the directions of going into both of the config.php files and changing the SSL to true and the URL's to be correct. In fact, in the admin panel I'm able to goto the https:// path just fine and get the lock with an identity verified. So why am I still seeing this existing alert and why am I not able to install this module? Am I missing something?

    Thanks...

In the admin configure.php file you'll see description text that tells you that if you want to secure your entire admin with SSL (as you must do to use the AIM module), then you need to give your HTTP_SERVER define an https URL. Basically use the same https URL that you used in HTTPS_SERVER in HTTP_SERVER as well.
I repeat: make BOTH the HTTP_SERVER and HTTPS_SERVER have your https:// URL in them.
This is ONLY in the Admin. Don't do this in the non-admin configure.php.

Default Authorize.net AIM Module Not showing up in Checkout

I've tried doing some research on this before posting here but can't seem to find anything that helpful. First off, I have an SSL Cert in place but when entering into the checkout it's not showing up as an https:// site. When manually entering it in there, I'm still not seeing a way to enter credit card information and Authorize.net isn't even showing up on the payment page.

When I go to edit the module in the admin section, the payment zone is set to --none-- but it only gives me the option of Florida and has no other options (needing to be able to sell to anywhere in the US).

I've never set up Authorize.net AIM module in Zen Cart before so this is all new to me and i'm sure I'm missing something. Any feedback would be greatful as I've had luck from these forums before.
