Event registrations collecting participant details for each registrant?

Hi

I'm setting up an online shop for one purpose, event registrations for a flat fee for an upcoming event. There is only one event for sale.

Purchasers should be able to register for themselves and other people, and we need to collect data (name, address, food preferences etc) for each registrant, not just the purchaser.

Is this possible with Zen Cart without development work? I've found a couple of event ticket plugins but there's no mention of data collection.

Not a built-in Zencart feature. You would need to write some code to accomplish that, or possibly use the text attribute to gather the extra information. That would be easier if there were a limit on the number of 'other people'.
