HI,
Could not find this with forum searches so I will through this one out there.
1.5.0
Clean install, no upgrade.
FTP and ZC_installed
The rest I do not think applies to this.
To start with the content is viewable from the public side of the cart no matter the browser version.
I have a customer who access the admin section of the cart and using define page editor (CKeditor) adds and removes names to the description window.
Been doing this for over a year. She call yesterday saying she could no longer see the text in that window. The tool bars were still their and if you toggled the source button you could still see the page code. But the description area it self was just a gray box, no white area to place the cursor in and type. It was normal size just no way to see or edit it.
The reason I ask if it is an IE version issue is this;
From the machine in my office I remoted into hers, both machine running Windows 7. From my machine connecting to the admin and viewing the same page I am able to see the content using IE and Firefox, my IE version 8. From her machine, using IE ver 10 it is blank. Using Firefox on her machine you can see and edit the content. She has the same issue on her laptop and I believe that to be 7 using IE 10 also.
She can use Firefox for now but would prefer to use IE.
Is this a know problem?
Is there a fix?
Or do I need to roll her IE browser versions back to 8. I would prefer to use this as a last resort.
Thanks for the help and input.
Mark
