Problems Exporting Product List

I have approx 1,500 products on my website and most products appear in multiple categories. I need to download a master product list, but I need each product to only appear ONCE on this list. How do I export my product list/database, so that it only includes each product in its Top/Master category? I'm using Easy Populate 4.0 and I have tried filtering the export by "Top," but the export always creates a list of 9,477 products.

That might work. I don't need the list for inventory purposes (all my products are drop shipped). But, the report does include prices, which is what I'm looking for. I'll have to ask the author some questions to see if it will do what I need.

Unfortunately, ZC Inventory Report only provides limited information. I'm trying to update my product pricing without doing it one product at a time. In order to upload revised prices using Easy Populate, I need all the data fields populated because if I upload a file with new pricing, but leave the "v_products_description_1" field blank and the "v_products_image" field blank, the product description and the product image will be deleted.
SO... I really need to be able to export an Easy Populate file of my products that only lists the products in their Product Master Categories. Is there any way to do this?
