Numinex Fedex Shipping Module / Addon Error + support

Installed fine, I filled it in, Registered for meter number, seems like it worked, but in my cart I get this Their phone support is closed sunday, I googled around a lot of people got this error and there seems to be a few causes. I have fedex ground selected and a valid address for send + receive so that's not it,

Do you have an 'Account Number' in addition to the 'Meter Number'? It has been quite a while since our initial setup but from what I remember, the account number is for Fedex to You billing and the meter number was for the 'approved printer' for the labels.

That's about all the help that I have to offer other our installed version is 1.3.3

You get your meter number when you register for it under your account

I am almost positive I figured out what it was. Basically they cant give you a quote unless you give dimensions

So I went and got numinex's shipping boxes mod, I tried installing it and patching and it didn't work

I could have installed it wrong or put the files in the wrong place, but I followed the readme which said copy the patch under SQL patches, it worked

I dragged the file over and I don't see shipping boxes manager under tools

And it broke my usps shipping which was working. Im sad

cancel the broken usps, I dragged the includes folder like to re install usps and I overwrote the shipping manager file for usps and its working again

should I have no done that initially?

Also I get an error for UPS when I open shipping module, like shipping manager wants to know where ups is, but I only want to offer fedex.

For all you guys new to zen cart, make a testing installation to do stupid ######## on !

Ok I got the box manager thing installed, seems very basic

I put the dimensions of a box in , and I selected to enable the ready to ship option and when you use shipping estimator you get the first error

If you just hit checkout you get second.

The site isn't broken , ( not yet ) but my problem remains, fedex wants more info for quotes, are there other shipping manager programs that will work with numinex fedex program that work better? I am going to keep testing this one

if someone can tell me what I did wrong id appreciate very much.

Gave up trying to use box estimator software module, I tried installing it several different ways. Best thing to do is use the list price for fedex and include a pickup ( otherwise the price is too low )

Then just take the average cost, if you enable the box program it shuts down shipping. I made 2 new installations of zen cart to try it and all produced similar results
