Thank you for the reply. I will install the XML addon to see what we will be getting from UPS. Integrating the FedEx module and FedEx website was challenging. We could not receive accurate quotes from FedEx for all items and services.

Also, UPS right now has a promotion with 20% off for every new account. This could be a gimmick to get some business, but I would like to check it out in comparison with FedEx before any decision with whom to proceed is made.
