Logo not showing in Email and I have tried all the advice in other threads

Hi folks,

I know this problem has arisen many times before and I have read and implemented the pervious advice but I still cannot see the shop logo within emails.

I am trying to get the email_template_direct_email.html working first, as I can keep testing it and then will copy to other emails.

Please bear with me if the answer is a simple one, as I am new to Zen Cart, php etc. and am learning as I go. Also, I am including everything I think maybe needed for someone to help but if I have included too much, please forgive me.

You don't say if you've tested in other email clients and if it shows up in any of them.

I have tested in hotmail, gmail and yahoo based email addresses. I don't have current access to any others.

I just set up a test customer in a stock Zencart test installation using my GMail account, and the logo displays fine, both in GMail webmail and in the Outlook Express account I have for that address.

What's your setting in Admin - Email Options - Use MIME HTML When Sending Emails ? Should be True.

Um, you've added both public_html/ and an extra " which don't belong in there.

Dr.Byte, you are an absolute life saver!

I have been looking at that line again and again and hadn't noticed the extra speech marks. I only added the public_html just as something to try to fix the problem, when all I needed was to delete the extra speech marks.
