BAckground slow to Load

When it loads, the background Image lags behind the main part of the werbsite. Is there any way to load this first or the same time??

I think your best course of action would be to use another image that resembles that one but that is much smaller in file size. That one is almost 300Kb and is going to take some time to load, regardless of what you do.
