Adding the text "As low as" above price

Hello Everyone,

I have a web shop that features products with incremental pricing (quantity discount). I would like to know if it is possible at all to add the phrase "As low as" above the price (both on product display tile and product info page, irrespective of their attributes or other factors.). I just want to add it in general. It doesn't have to be dependent on the quantity discount. My guess would be to add some lines in english.php, but then again, I'm not a developer and have absolutely no clue about php coding

Any insight is greatly appreciated.

For the product info page, add the red part to tpl_product_info_display.php. I gave it its own id name so you could style it separately.

Thank you so much for your reply. It worked well on the product info page. However, I was also looking to add it on the product display (picture attached) tiles, right above where it says the price. Is that even possible?
