Blank Page after Upgrading

I've re-uploaded this file several times.

Here is the line it claims the error is occuring:

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

There are no customizations in the file, it's a fresh copy from the download. Any help would be greatly appreciated. I have no idea what any of that means.

Thanks for the reply. I've read that thread, but I don't really understand what I'm supposed to do. I tried deleting all the files except my template files and the config files and re-uploading a fresh copy of 1.5.1, but that just made it worse. Now neither the front or back end are working. The catalog page (which was blank before) now is the "System Setup Required" page, even though I've done the install. This is the error I'm getting now from the blank admin page:

I'm upgrading my php from 5.2 to 5.3, hopefully that will make a difference. The includes/autoload_func.php file doesnt even exist on the server anymore, and is not included with a fresh install of 1.5.1. The admin version doesn't exist there either since the admin folder is now renamed. I wish I knew where this stuff was being incorrectly referenced, because I've double checked the config files and they are both correct. I've also cleared by browser cache. Maybe the template overrides? I wouldn't even know where to start.

This is why we need answers to the posting tips. 1.5.1 is gonna bomb with anything lower than 5.2.14.
I hope you are not using a script installer.
Please answer as many of the posting tip items as you can.
Do you have backups of your old database?
Take a look at http://www.zen-cart.com/entry.php?3-...d-of-upgrading for a better way to work this. You (like many) are trying to kill a fly with a bazooka when you do a reload mid-stream.

I upgraded my php, but I also noticed there were files missing from the install. I re-downloaded the full package and re-uploaded to my site, re-installed, and it seemed to fix my issues. Although my template was completely screwed, I had to redesign the site with a new one. Thanks for the help.
