Hi
When my customer from Fremont, CA tries to check out they see the message Fedex Error in processing transaction. Some one with other city like Buena park, ca is able to ship out . Why is it so?
I am using Fedex Webservices 1.3.3.
Zencart : 1.5
Please help

The most current FedEx Web Services Module is 1.4.5 so you may need to upgrade. I know they made some changes a short while back.
