Annoying Layout Issue

Hello,

Perhaps some clever person can help me with this small, but irritating issue:

In the categories on the left hand column there is a perfect gap between the titles and the categories themselves, but between the last category and the next title there is no gap, which looks messy. Please visit the website to see what I mean:

We've tried, without success, everything we can think of to remedy this! Please help!

One way would be to add this to the stylesheet:

.sideBoxContent {
margin: 0 0 1.5em 0;
}

Perhaps you could help with another annoying little glitch!

If you look at the site again: www.neonblackonline.net/shop The bar under the main logo that has 'Categories' on the far left and then 'Home' next to it has an issue in Chrome. At certain zoom levels the thin black line to the right distorts and is no longer straight and flush with the line to the left (under the word Categories). It doesn't seem to do it in IE or Firefox, and only started doing it in Chrome recently.

Any ideas?
