Even if the order is "paid[3]", it shows up in the order list as "waiting[1]". The paid-status shows if you edit the order, and it's the only status for the order! The "update status" is waiting.

How did your order status get changed from 1 to 3?
If you did it from the Zen Cart admin page, then it would properly update both tables which require the details.
If you did it via some 3rd party plugin, or an external tool that directly modifies the database, then you probably only updated one table, not both..

I use Moneybookers payment modules for ZenCart. It would seem that these modules update only order_status_history, not orders! Is this what you ment?

I haven't used any Moneybookers modules.
