Zen Cart will not log "PHP Warning" reports, unless you've changed it to do so.
So, if you've got something creating log files that report "PHP Warning" messages like the one you quoted, then you'll need to disable whatever you've done to make it do that.
Of course, fixing the actual source of the warnings is even better, and will make your server run faster.
