    Default 2 Issues...Wrong Folder and Authorize.net AIM

    Hi! I have 2 issues, and I think that the first one is causing the 2nd one.

    1st Issue: I screwed up and installed the Zen Cart v 1.5.1 into a sub-folder, http://www.SelfMadeCustoms.com/sitekikstore2013. From there I started building the site and it is currently up and running perfectly...BUT the website it is supposed to be running from is http://www.KIKStore.com. If you go to www.KIKStore.com, it looks great until you click on anything and it re-directs you to www.SelfMadeCustoms.com/sitekikstore2013. Again, works fine, but I'm afraid it will confuse my customers, so if this issue is "fixable", I prefer for it to stay in the www.KIKStore.com folder.

    2nd Issue: I installed Authorize.net SIM and again, everything works great. The SSL is now done and I wanted to switch it over to AIM, so I followed all of the instructions in the "How do I enable SSL after I have installed Zen Cart?" tutorial, but it is still giving me the same ALERT: For security reasons, Installation of this module is disabled until your Admin is configured for SSL. Both configure.php's show it is pointing to https://selfmadecustoms.com with "true" selected.

    I am brand new to Zen Cart, SSL, and Authorize.net...so how would I go about fixing these problems?

    Probably the same problem - wrong paths in the configure.php file(s).

    http://www.zen-cart.com/content.php?...that-directory

    So you are saying I should go back to those 2 configure.php files and change them to point to https://kikstore.com. Will that change all of the info in GoDaddy...database, etc.?

    And the 2nd step of the link you posted says to go into the Session Directory...this is what it shows now:

    /home/content/s/m/c/smcinc2009/html/sitekikstore2013/cache

    ...and our entire site is stored inside the /sitekikstore2013 folder, so I think that's correct...?

    You state that you want this to be
    the website it is supposed to be running from is http : //www.KIKStore.com
    But you have this in your configure file
    Both configure.php's show it is pointing to https : //selfmadecustoms.com

    It's a LINUX server, so both sites are currently hosted by GoDaddy. www.SelfMadeCustoms.com is the main folder, with www.KIKStore.com "inside" it. I hope that makes sense, I don't feel like I'm explaining this very well.

    I changed both of the configure.php files from https://selfmadecustoms.com to https://kikstore.com. No changes on the site, the home page still loads as www.kikstore.com, and if you click on anything it redirects you to www.selfmadecustoms.com. Again, all pages look the way they are supposed to look, everything works fine, just the www.selfmadecustoms.com is throwing me off...which I think is throwing off the SSL stuff.

    If your site for kikstore.com has your data in the root of that domain things should work as stevesh and kobra have indicated ...

    To test out the situation ...

    Could you post, from the server, the file in:
    /includes/configure.php

    without your database information and password ...

    NOTE: be sure you are posting the information contained in the file on the server, not what you have on your computer, as you may not be updating the file or something which is causing this issue ...

    Right. These are all issues with the contents of your configure.php files.

    And if you post the contents of one of the configure.php files (after Xing out the database name and login stuff), we can probably spot the problem.

    When I downloaded the includes/configure.php straight out of our GoDaddy FTP this morning, the http server info (where I put the arrows) are showing selfmadecustoms.com, so I changed them back to kikstore.com and the site does NOT work correctly...all I can assume is I did not alter/save them correctly on Friday. Soooo...back to square one!

    I switched them back to selfmadecustoms.com AGAIN and downloaded the info for y'all to look at. Again, everything works correctly, just the home page says kikstore.com until you click on something, then everything switches to selfmadecustoms.com/...

    Okay here is my current includes/configure.php downloaded straight out of my GoDaddy FTP:

    // If you choose "file", then you need to set the DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE to a directory where your apache
    // or webserver user has write privileges (chmod 666 or 777). We recommend using the "cache" folder inside the Zen Cart folder
    // ie: /path/to/your/webspace/public_html/zen/cache -- leave no trailing slash
    define('SQL_CACHE_METHOD', 'none');
    define('DIR_FS_SQL_CACHE', '/home/content/s/m/c/smcinc2009/html/sitekikstore2013/cache');

    // EOF

    One more thing...the SSL seems to be being recognized by Zen Cart now, it made me change my password when I logged in a few minutes ago...but the AIM payment module still says "ALERT: For security reasons, Installation of this module is disabled until your Admin is configured for SSL."
