You should enable the Shipping ot_shipping if you want Shipping to show on the Order, Invoices and Packing Slip ...
What are your settings on Free Shipping Options freeoptions?
If they already cover everything for Free Shipping, then you probably do not need the Free Shipping enabled in the Shipping ot_shipping order total module ...
