Trouble downloading large files on ipage

So, ever since I moved my website www.jeffpiercemagic.com from Proserve to ipage I've had a problem with large files in the 100+MB size not being able to be downloaded after purchase. ipage states that there is no file size limit on upload or download from their server. Does zen cart have a file size limit for downloadable files? When I look on my server info it shows file size limits in PHP. I know nothing about PHP but could this be causing my customers problems with the downloads?

the answer to this is NO.. If Zen Cart did have this kind of limit, logically you would have seen these same symptoms already..

This sounds like a server configuration issue.. You need to go back to your new host and work out what server configuration needs to be adjusted to fix this issue..
