Hi, The first email is from Zen Cart, the second is from Cardsave. The problem isn't that there are 2 emails, the problem is that the Zen Cart Email is being sent before the customer has even purchased anything. So for example, if the customer goes to the checkout and then clicks on the link to Cardsave to pay, but then decides they want to add something else to their order and presses the back button to go back to the website, Zen Cart will send them an email saying thanks for the order and will also send it to our admin as an order but with pending status. Some people are getting confused because when they do pay and check their emails after, they may have more than one email saying thanks for your order all with different order numbers, and they are thinking they have been charged more than once. Ideally, we need a way for Zen Cart to not send out the default email until they are redirected back to the website after paying (so the payment confirmation screen), at the minute Zen Cart is sending the email from the Checkout Confirmation screen link.
