Help with Order Status Update Emails

Hi

I have an issue. When I update a customers order from pending to delivered I have it sent to send an email to my customer.
The problem is they tell me they are not getting any emails of the change in processing status.

I think you had changed something in admin/order.php so the email function does not work now. You can check your error by opening logs folder.

Are you sure that the email is not winding up in the customer's spam email folder? Do you or one of your admins get the copy of those orders-status emails?
