Hide displaying State/Province and Post/Zip Code

How can I hide or completely remove "State/Province" and "Post/Zip Code" while Estimate Shipping Costs please?

A little more information about what you're trying to do is necessary. The shippers who supply estimates obviously need to know where the customer lives to calculate shipping charges.

Well, I use a custom shipping table which based on value of order total. Shipping is same to each countries so I really do not need "State/Province" and "Post/Zip Code" lines while customer calculates shipping quotes. I also use a free shipping module which working fine now and I hope to add a country selective "registered package only" for specific countries (due to lost packages, unreliable services in those countries. So that's two different things, I walk one by one, please help.
