When products are added to cart, price goes to zero ($0)!

Hi,

I'm having a very strange problem. When certain products are added to cart, price goes to zero ($0). This seems to only be effecting a relatively small number of products, maybe a couple hundred.

Here is an example of a product that fails when added to cart (without the ****):

Here is an example of one that works fine when added to cart (without the ****):
http://sm****tsupplies.com/Wipes_Swa...Core_I.D._0.75

So far as I can tell, the problem seems to only be effecting products under these categories (without the ****):
http://sm****tsupplies.com/Material_...orage/ESD_Bags

I have more than 3000 products, have not tested every one. Here are my product settings (applies to *all* products, those working and those not):
Prod Type: 1 (General)
Prod Qty: 999999
Tax Class: Taxable Goods
Status: 1

Any suggestions or thoughts?

What are your settings in the Product Price Manager on the discounts for:

No, unfortunately that does not seem to help!

Looking at your first screenshot, shouldn't the 'calculate price' for Discount 1 be the actual price of the item ? When I add from 1-9 of that item to the cart, I get 0.00, but if I add 10 or more I get the proper price, with discount.

When you tried the EDIT/UPDATE ... did that one set to Minimum 0 go away?
