Hello All,

I have Googled my heart out and looked through these forums before posting.

When I add an item to the cart on my site, it will show it has been added. After that things get weird, if I try to delete the item, the shopping cart will not update (although in the database it shows the item has been removed).

Sometimes when I switch pages, the number of items in the cart will change.

Sometimes when I hit remove, the page will refresh and the "Item has been added to your cart" message will pop up.

The shopping cart will eventually update, but it could be 1-2 minutes later which will obviously not make the customer happy.

Can anyone help me or at least tell me where I should be looking?

I have tried
  1. replacing tpl_shopping_cart_default.php in case it was changed somehow
  2. using the default template
  3. clearing my cash
  4. testing on different computer/mobile device
