PayPal changes, customers upset

Apparently PayPal has changed the checkout page. No longer do you get a summary on the upper left showing what was ordered via Zen. Instead there is a pull down in the upper right, but it only shows the item and not any associated options. So customers are bailing on their transaction because they believe that their orders are wrong.


On a related theme, more and more customers are complaining about the Zen Checkout experience. They are calling it old and slow and cumbersome and they are felling unsure and unsafe using it.
I have a lot of history with Zen so I'm resistant to change, but I must agree, Zen is looking very 90's.

I checked the announcements and I don't see anything about a version 2.0 being released any time soon.

Zencart has no control over what your customers see on Paypal's site.

I'm not sure what 'old and slow' and 'very 90's' mean. What exactly are your customers complaining about ?
