Is there a way to pre-schedule Free Shipping on a specific day?
I have regular monthly sales and want to offer free shipping on one of these. I'd like to not have to remember to update the freeoptions shipping module for those days.

You could create modify the free shipping module (I would make a clone), and then only have it apply if it was during a certain time period.
